Warm, welcoming, intimate and steps away from the Jackson Hole Town Square, The Bistro is the newest concept from restaurateurs Gavin Fine and Roger Freedman (Fine Dining Restaurant Group).
Drawing on inspiration from Parisian style neighborhood brasseries, The Bistro presents modern, comfortable European dining for weddings and events, all inside the new Cloudveil hotel. The Bistro brings seasonal, beautifully prepared, and presented dishes to life with outdoor seating, a stunning zinc bar, fresh oyster bar, and a variety of dynamic indoor dining areas.
The Bistro offers a variety of private event spaces for a wide range of group sizes. Within the restaurant itself, intimate private dining spaces welcome groups of up to 35 people. In partnership with The Cloudveil hotel, The Bistro also provides event catering for up to 225 people in the hotel’s additional meeting and event spaces and stunning rooftop deck.
