A Traditional, Big Family Wedding at the Four Seasons

Brian Garcia and Lauren Johnson met on a Sunday afternoon, watching the World Cup with some mutual friends. Game-watching led to brunch, then dinner, then plans for a date the following evening, and as Lauren says, “That was it.” A year and a half later, he popped the question. (Think flowers, candles, champagne—the works.) Not long after, the wedding planning began. “We both were thinking Meet Joe Black,” she says. “Very formal, very traditional, a big family wedding.” Following a full mass, the couple and their 250 guests enjoyed a seated dinner and dancing at the Four Seasons.
